I hold formal qualifications in leadership including; a Master of Business Administration (MBA), majoring in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Business (B Bus), majoring in management and leadership. This, in addition to several other formal training and on-job qualifications over sixteen years’, assists to demonstrate my strong experience as a proven people leader with large Nationally based organisations, in both the Public and Private sector. My skills demonstrate a high attention to detail, ability to work on multiple time critical and sensitive tasks, understanding of the overall operating environment and meeting critical business timeframes whilst mitigating risk and ensuring adherence to various relevant legislative requirements.I demonstrate strong data analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to provide good oversight and advice to inform various risk-based decisions in a very fast paced, challenging and dynamic regulated environment. Additionally, I maintain very strong communication and advanced writing skills, understanding of formal documentation and administration requirements.I am a dynamic and strategic thinker, maintain a positive and ‘can-do’ approach to problem solving, continuously seek out improvement, embrace and understand the importance of change and am motivated to work with people to achieve our goals.
