I started working for The Great Dane as a bartender at their Fitchburg location. I enjoyed continuing my training in customer service and customer volume management. I left the company as a managing supervisor to pursue my current career as a real estate agent. As a supervisor I was able to advance my skills in trouble shooting under high pressure, customer/employee problem solving, marketing business, and accounting.

I started with the Southernmost Hotel Collection as a waitress at their beach-front restaurant. While working with this company I received rigorous customer service training from world renowned communications expert, Alissa Levy. I grew into more responsibility and an ever growing ability to mange a very high volume of guests while delivering unwavering and exceptional customer care. When I left the resort to move back to Wisconsin and be closer to family, I was sad to leave behind a position in water-front and resort event management.
