People And Culture Coordinator
Current- Provide end-to-end recruitment for all WEHI Operations for both research and professional services roles at all levels including posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, performing.
- Drafting contracts and letters.
- Manage and respond to stakeholder queries, escalating to BPs where required.
- Coordinate and facilitate frequent induction sessions for new-starters, including a campus tour and peer-leader connection session.
- Conduct monthly VISA audits to ensure valid working rights for all international staff.
