CurrentThe Virginia Mental Health Access Program (VMAP) is a statewide initiative that increases access and improves mental, behavioral, and emotional health and development by providing education, consultation, and care navigation to medical providers of infants, children, adolescents, young adults, and pregnant & postpartum people.As Senior Director, I lead the strategic direction and management of all VMAP programming and infrastructure. VMAP receives $15 million annually in state and federal funding, which is utilized to support a wide network of partners and hospital/healthcare collaborations across Virginia. I support over 70 VMAP team members across the state to ensure effective program delivery and impact.
