Over the years I have built up my skills in both the local government sector and not for profit health sector working on the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs resulting in a reduction of reactive maintenance. My experience includes;- Developing contract technical specifications - Managing contractors who complete both the programmed and reactive maintenance- Development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs- Rolling out new programmed and reactive contractors on contracts to multiple sites across the WA region whilst also maintaining local content - Managing small and large scale minor works projects in a live operating environment- Opex and Capex Budgets- Opex and Capex Budget management for programmed maintenance, reactive maintenance and minor works packages
