Implemented advertising and branding solutions for Wilson’s first-ever interactive product line. Led the effort to redefine their target market and customers in order to promote their product successfully, which resulted in more effective product promotion. Helped launch their new product line “Wilson Crafts” for all future interactive products, which will ultimately produce consistency in brand recognition. Assumed full responsibility of designing suitable packaging designs for their seasonal products. Responsible for executing promotional copy content, as well as editing and revisions. Worked closely with the owners and sales team to ensure that their needs were met and their vision came to life.

Managed a four person Creative Production Team in the accurate execution of all Production related responsibilities through all stages for Shopko Advertising. Ensure a smooth, efficient and accurate workflow process between Shopko and Pre-Press suppliers. Partnered with Pre-Press Manager to plan long range growth and development within the Creative Production Team. Supervised and coordinated activities of the advertising production team through effective group dynamics.
