Primarily servicing the financial industry but also with roots in Conveyancing. I've been with thelawstore since it's conception on 2019 and seen the business grow from strength to strength releasing multiple new and innovative products within the law space. The first of which is a digital contract signing platform (KWIL) which later evolved into a signing and verification of identity platform (livesign). This year we also built a new concept customer relationship and communication tool for Conveyancers (Zettle). Across these products I have been the design and UX lead creating not only the product UI, but also the brand and associated marketing collateral. Show less

Fame & Partners is a women’s fashion label that specialises in custom made, high end dresses. I am part of the UXD team improving and developing exisiting functionality as well as creating user journeys to accomodate new purchasing funnels. I was also involved in testing and planning of a dress customisation initiative which involved specific problems around dress fitting and how this problem could be solved online; an industry wide problem which nobody has solved as yet.
