I've been with thelawstore since it's conception on 2019 and seen the business grow from strength to strength releasing multiple new and innovative products within the law space. The first of which is a digital contract signing platform (KWIL) which later evolved into a signing and verification of identity platform (livesign). This year we also built a new concept customer relationship and communication tool for Conveyancers (Zettle). Across these products I have been the design and UX lead creating not only the product UI, but also the brand and associated marketing collateral. Show less

Fame & Partners is a women’s fashion label that specialises in custom made, high end dresses. I am part of the UXD team improving and developing exisiting functionality as well as creating user journeys to accomodate new purchasing funnels. I was also involved in testing and planning of a dress customisation initiative which involved specific problems around dress fitting and how this problem could be solved online; an industry wide problem which nobody has solved as yet.

As part of an IT re-platforming project I was taken on to be part of a brand new UXD team to evaluate and redesign all content and user journeys and flows. We worked in an Agile development environment with a Lean UX and user centric approach to our design methodology. I was mostly involved with rapid prototyping with tools such as Invision, FramerJS and Marvel. Prototypes would then be taken to user testing on a frequent basis which I was also heavily involved in. Daily tasks included development and creation of new channels, adapting page templates to accommodate new content or tools, functionality design of commercial tools, advertorials and micro-sites. I also designed and helped to maintain the company intranet.
