Experian - Powercurve PCO ODS defect delivery team responsible for Tesco Credit Cards migration. Project had slipped and was encountering numerous defects. In 7 months went from newest resource in team to leading the PCO delivery team during the Live proving and Go Live events. Virgin Money - Brought in to close defects in PCCM Cards delivery in order to meet project timescales. Successfully closed and moved delivery back to green.TSB - Led teams delivering the Retail and Commercial Behavioural Credit Decision Systems (Account Management) from design through to implementation on large scale migration project. Full project cycle from requirements gathering, through FOV and into fast followers. We utilised Experian's Powercurve for Retail and designed and built SAS system for Commercial.
