As the Director of Public Relations, I work with our Communications and Marketing team to represent SGA. I am tasked with strengthening our relationships amongst our Student Media groups such as Eagle Eye (TV), The Plainsmen (Newspaper), and more. My fellow directors and I create resources to help other teams reach out when seeking collaborations and partnerships. We are also responsible for composing update emails for other SGA members, as well as newsletters to be sent to other Auburn University organizations.

Involvement Ambassadors are a student-led organization committed to engaging students in involvement opportunities. The purpose of the organization is to connect students to avenues of shared experiences in involvement and provide resources to existing and potential student organizations. The Involvement Ambassadors aim to enhance student learning and engagement through hands-on training, webinars, and consultations to interested students and student organizations. The work that Involvement Ambassadors do is done out of a desire to see increased student involvement at Auburn.

The First Year Experience Office at Auburn University is committed to providing orientation, transition and retention programs for incoming freshmen and transfer students that promote intellectual and social development leading to personal and academic success. SOS, Successfully Orientating Students, leaders specifically work with transfer students and guiding their transition from their previous institution to Auburn.

In the summer of 2023, I worked alongside 50+ college students to implement a program that promoted a safe, fun, and unique camp experience for over 1000 campers. I mentored, encouraged, and instructed over 40 girls through individual hangout times, program interaction, and activity class coaching.On the ropes course, I supervised and operated a high-risk activity class for over 1000 campers, as well as training peers on how to execute a fun and creative activity in a safe environment.In the upcoming summer of 2024, I will be staffed for the full summer as both a counselor and the Extreme Activity Guide. The EAG supervises all lifeguards during their time on-stand, as well as leads the weekly in-service training that ensures their skills are up to standards.

As a visual designer for The Oaks Agency, I work with my team to create designs and manage the social media for our account, CrossFit On The Plains. Each week looks different, but I dedicate around 3-4 hours a week crafting together graphics for COTP's Instagram that are cohesive and follow our brand kit. My designs go through an approval process to insure they are exactly what the client wants and are always edited when need be. Designs are scheduled around a content calendar that we assemble each month and include posts such as "Athlete of the Week," "Coach Spotlight," and featured posts about various events taking place.

While working in one of the most popular vacation destinations in America, I have had to learn elite customer service skills and how best to work with the public. Often, I am interacting with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases. I document sales by updating customer records and locate merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary. Another responsibility of mine is the cash register and handling cash payments and credit card processing.

I would most often greet customers on register and take orders for a variety of group sizes with a line growing to 75+ people. Other times, I would run expo to ensure all orders are correct and wait on all tables throughout restaurant. I would also welcome in guests and make sure they have access to menu, as well as assist with any questions.
