I help clients in all aspects of complex business law and commercial litigation. I have also negotiated and litigated a wide array of disputes both in and out of court, and advised clients how to proactively assess and address litigation risk. While not exclusively, I have particular experience in the real estate, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, as well as cooperative and condominium matters and generally handles cases from inception through conclusion. I advise a wide variety of corporate and real estate clients including business owners, proprietors, developers, building owners, tenants and purchasers and sellers of real property.I frequently lecture and write on various topics regarding real estate law and have been published numerous times in the New York Law Journal and other publications.
