As a Marketing Automation Specialist, I was responsible for the creation of our email marketing messaging, data segmentation & reporting, and training on software support for our self-service clients. I developed actionable strategies for the company and our clients using marketing automation software, HTML, and online research methods.

As an part of the communications department for the Bibb County Board of Education, I worked closely with the Director of Communications to increase community awareness of what was going on around the school system. I was responsible for archiving articles, writing posts for the website and weekly newsletters, visiting schools, and interviewing parents and teachers on the daily events within the schools.

As an Administrative Assistant, I worked with the funeral directors on daily appointments and sales for numerous families. I helped facilitate the management, oversight, and execution of funeral, graveside, and church services. I was responsible for the insertion of obituaries and service times both online and in print, and the creation of flyers and prayer cards for funeral services.
