About Allyn Holcomb
I am currently employed as a Project Budget Analyst on the Budget Operational Support (BOS) team for the Pharmacovigilance department at PPD/Thermo Fisher. I work closely with allocating resources, forecasting units, and monitoring the budgets to make sure each study is being properly maintained. I work with both FSO and FSP studies. I am also an integral part of our Central Resourcing Management Team as I helped lead this new initiative. As part of the CRMT team, I dive into budgets as soon as the new bids are awarded to ensure that the proper roles and hours are added into our system so that the appropriate resources are allocated to each study. I work closely with project leads, managers, analysts, and other admin on a daily basis to ensure all studies are properly maintained.
