After negotiating the contract, I developed the project specification and execution plan, and was up and running with custom pipelines in 4 months. At RippleNami, I had an engineering team of 22 under my stewardship, to produce an impactful tax program on day 1 that most said could not be done. Currently, as the CPO for Evexia Diagnostics, I am leading key initiatives for positioning Evexia for the next phase of revenue growth; revamping UI, integration with new CRM/Help Desk 3rd party software, eliminating manual processes guided by spreadsheets, and creating new marketing strategies not ever performed before.
