Previously Task Force Officer with Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) New Haven District Office from 2015-2022. Worked major drug/narcotics trafficking cases, TIII cases, undercover operations, surveillance, HITDA, financial crimes, assisted other federal agencies and state law enforcement departments.

Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Officer​ Investigated and prosecuted national and international Drug Trafficking Organizations under U.S. Code Title 21.Served as Co-Case Agent to Operation Lazarus, a collaboration between the DEA and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut in response to the surge of opioid deaths.Served as Lead Investigator/Case Agent in the prosecution of opioid-related overdose deaths including New Haven Green/K2 Overdose Epidemic (2018) and the Fentanyl-laced cocaine overdose outbreak (2016).Conducted investigations into doctors, pharmacists, and organizations who were involved in the diversion of prescription drugs as part of the DEA Tactical Diversion Squad.

Counseled and advised inventors under direction of senior attorney.Performed legal research related to filing patent applications.Performed patent clearance work and prior art searches using commercial sources and in-house patent databases.Drafted provisional and non-provisional patent applications.
