I was managing Shred ~ Records Mgmt. ~ Data Management Transportation & Operations, Data Entry, Imaging, Client Relations, Safety, Facilities Management, and Operational Excellence. Those changes were very successful. Next I was given responsibility for the Tracy CA and Union City CA Data Management Teams handling Operations, Transportation, Facilities, and Client Retention… in addition to the above listed responsibilities. Lastly during a nationwide reorganization the company made a change so that Business Development Managers reported into Regional Senior Leadership - Sacramento Reps reported to our Territory Vice President with a dotted line to me. The Bay Area Shred Manager was assigned the Sacramento Shred Transportation Team as part of these changes.

During my tenure at ACA I was recruited by Countrywide Home Loans where I worked as an Account Executive - with both of those roles I worked at Iron Mountain part time/casual to help with various responsibilities such as EOM Billing, Monthly Classified Route Management (I held a Secret Level Govt Clearance), Accounting, After-Hours Emergency Coordination, On-Call Driver (evenings/weekends), and Disaster Recovery Management.
