My primary responsibilities included managing the front desk operations, where I assisted members and visitors with inquiries, checked in participants for events, and ensured smooth day-to-day operations. I played an active role in event planning, assisting with the logistics and execution of skating competitions, social events, and training sessions.Additionally, I helped with the seasonal turnover process, ensuring that skater's schedules were aligned for the upcoming season. I managed customer accounts and memberships, handling renewals, updates, and addressing any account-related issues. This internship provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how a prestigious sports organization operates, while refining my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
