In my role as Principal Marketing and Communications Partner, I combine my scientific background with my passion for marketing and people development to lead our amazing Marketing team. We aim to position Lhasa as a thought leader, deliver business growth and add value to existing members.

Maintaining a strong knowledge of Lhasa Member/prospects needs.Content creation - converting complex scientific concepts into easily understandable content and communication in the forms of: blogs, infographics, social content, video content, email/newsletters, webinars.Content distribution – through the Lhasa website, social (organic and paid), email, webinars/events.Demand generation – enhancing existing streams and implementing new innovative methods of demand generation. Monitoring success of marketing efforts using data from a wide variety of sources drawing conclusions and recommendations for areas of improvement.Team development – managing one marketing colleague. Previously, continued management of one Sales Team colleague until July 2020 (the end of probation).

Establishing and developing mutually beneficial relationships with organisations in the life sciences sector in order to meet new business sales target. Attracting interest from desired organisations and providing technical software/ scientific information (predominately EU/USA travel). Negotiating legal terms. Development within the team including line managing one Sales Executive. Gathering strategic information to better inform company decisions.Ensuring the smooth transfer of information to the Sales team during project to product handover. Coordinating and reporting sales team financial forecasting based on CRM opportunities on a monthly basis.
