Ms. Johnson (formerly Noto) is a partner with Sylvester & Polednak and is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®. While attending law school, Ms. Johnson acted as a mediation instructor and mediated numerous cases including landlord/tenant disputes, divorce, and child custody disputes. After graduation from law school, Ms. Johnson practiced in the areas of insurance defense and construction defect. She joined Sylvester & Polednak in 2007 as an associate and became a partner with the firm in 2013. Ms. Johnson is an experienced in all facets of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation.
