About Ally Sisler-Dinwiddie, Aud, Ccc-A

I received my B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Miami University (OH) in 2003 and my Clinical Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 2007. My passion is working with adults & children with cochlear implants before & after surgery. I am also responsible for intraoperative testing for adult & pediatric CI surgeries at Vanderbilt in addition to serving as the Educational Audiologist for two public school systems in Middle TN. As a bilateral cochlear implant recipient, I can definitely relate to the many challenges faced day-to-day living with hearing loss surrounded by a world of sound. My journey out of silence has been nothing short of a sincere miracle and I am here to help support and give others hope that they too can regain their sense of self and the life that they once had prior to losing their hearing through the many blessings of implantable technology :-)
