I was recruited to this position by my Regional President; I inherited the increased responsibility of overseeing 350 employees and ensuring 100% compliance across 13 emergency campuses. I manage clinical staffing initiatives for 16 locations across Central Florida and have trimmed our project implementation timelines up to 98%. Additionally, I lead a 17-person management team to provide clinical documentation transformations for the Advent Health Emergency Department and Advent Health Medical Group.I collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Scribes, quality assurance, and IT teams to remedy inefficient business practices and create successful process solutions. We ensure patient satisfaction, optimal care management, high productivity levels, and maximum performance. I enforce a medical documentation program that coordinates care processes for high-risk patients and also eliminates unnecessary ER visits and readmissions.

I stepped into this role and made immediate impacts, improving critical care time by 135%. I successfully drove revenue increases by creating a new clinical documentation program that boosted patients-per-hour by 42%. My goal was to push improved patient care by optimizing operations while managing a team of 35 Project Managers across 16 sites in the Midwest and Southeast. They had the same goal in mind, and I worked hand-in-hand to build relationships, coach, mentor, train, and provide performance management for increased results.
