I am a passionate and caring educator. I want to be able to help all my students succeed in their math courses. My biggest goal is to see those students who don't like math walk away with a better understanding and hopefully a change of heart. I have tutored family and friends growing up and I am now currently a mathematics tutor at East River High School. There I work under experienced teachers who help me grow in my understandings as well as provide me the opportunities to identify and correct any students misunderstandings.I have my associate's degree in elementary education and I am now working on my bachelor's degree in mathematics. After I graduate I plan to continue my education by pursuing a master's in higher education with a focus on mathematics education.
