As a part of the medical response unit as FSU, I got offered the position to become a stop the bleed instructor. As an instructor, I teach staff and students on campus how to provide vital initial actions to stop uncontrolled bleeding in emergency situations.

As a BLS provider, I am able to provide the basic care to patients who are in need when faced with a cardiovascular accident. I was trained with high individuals who know how to care for patients and I am able to carry that forward.

As a responder in the medical response unit at FSU, I respond to on-campus calls that can involve any type of scenario. I am able to respond and give help to patients in need while providing quality care. Further help will be given to Leon County EMS.
