•Responsible for researching and incorporating new training methods, tools and resources for clients•Train and develop departmental employees on software updates, database manager operations and policies•Organize handbook and course documentation for participants•Direct strategic planning for product training and self-support includingcurriculum development, materials and presentations•Design and implement a new training program and curriculum schedule for internal andexternal sales and support personnel•Communicate daily with school districts across 7 states•Support and host orientation sessions for new employees

•Talk to clients, listening to their needs and presenting ideas and solutions to their requirements. They also work with suppliers, contractors, employees, wait staff and many other parties at the same time. Customer service and interpersonal skills are required.•Computer Skills to communicate, plan, budget and organize their events.•Negotiation skills to work out prices with clients and contractors.•Stay focused and organized so that the event goes off without a hitch.•Inevitably, something will go wrong at an event. Being able to quickly solve the issue is required.
