Assists in managing overall operations of CILC to ensure learners of all ages are matched with innovative virtual learning experiences from museums, science centers, and cultural organization around the world. Responsible for composing then executing partnership activation plans to ensure partner satisfaction and organizational development. Works in collaboration to coordinate then produce Digital Learning Festivals for K12 learners, Moderate Virtual Event series for Content Providers, and Professional Development courses. Strategically builds then implements program opportunities and educational materials to engage a global audience of learners, classroom as well as museum educators.

Manages all virtual program for education, adult, and community groups. Facilitates virtual visits, designs program content, and digital engagement approaches for Interactive Virtual Learning programs. Coordinates logistics and provides technical support to produce virtual as well as hybrid events hosted by the Museum.

Manages all traditional, virtual, and community outreach programs. Designs and facilitates virtual educational programs for K-12 students and adult audiences, including professional development opportunities for K-12 educators. Manages the Penn Museum Teaching Collection.

Designs interdisciplinary curriculum that places objects at the center of learning for K-12 educators. Provides technology training for educators and Resource Center volunteers.

Responsible for using artworks in the collection to create and implement lessons for visiting students. Prepare lessons and activities in accordance with Pennsylvania State Education Standards for students ranging in age with diverse academic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Coordinate gallery lessons to compliment the academic concepts presented by the classroom teacher.

Managed the Education Department at the Delaware History Museum. Built a Distance Learning Studio and designed supporting educational programs for K-12 students. Scheduled and trained a staff of 12 Museum Interpreters to facilitate on-site, outreach, and digital educational programs. Consulted on design and interpretation of the new permanent exhibit for the Delaware History Museum (opened Spring 2016).

Managed the National History Day State Contest for Delaware. Designed and facilitated state-wide professional development workshops for 6-12 educators. Coordinated logistics, activities, and schedules for students who advanced to the National Competition; volunteered where needed to assist in facilitating the four day National History Day National Competition.
