Allyson developed her groundbreaking cognitive behavioral coaching model - Personalized Science - in 2007 and helps clients change their professional and personal lives by incorporating this model into their goals. Allyson is a best selling author of The Spiritual Journey-The part no one talks about - her self-help memoir about coming out of childhood abuse, homelessness, placing her son for adoption and building her 7-figure business. Allyson helps entrepreneurs publish their own self-help book, develop a coaching program, speak on TEDx and other stages because she knows the importance of being seen and heard in order to be hired and paid.
