I began my time in Senior Living while still in highschool as a caregiver and medication technician in memory care. I continued to work while attending school at OIT. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science in Health Management with an emphasis on Care Management. After obtaining my degrees, I was promoted to Director of Sales for MBK. I continued to assist in growing our community and helping several families become part of Crystal Terrace. I have a passion for working and serving residents with dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. My goal is to provide the best possible care for residents, train the most qualified staff, and serve the community.
