My main responsibility is to think through and design new insurance products for Gravie's member site. Each new product requires me to do:-product /compliance research-stakeholder interviews-user flows and story mapping-wireframing-prototyping-usability testing-iterating!-UI designThings I do on a daily basis:-Attend stand ups (Agile)-Use my sketch book to solve a problem-Advocate for our members-Create mock ups in Sketch-Juggle multiple tasks-Work with Analytics -Meet with stakeholders-Review user stories with Engineers and QAOther things I do:-Redesign internal software products-Design decals for conference rooms-Print design for marketing collateral

- Work with CCO & Design Director to create new designs based on trends & price points- Create mock ups of jewelry ideas, utilizing hand drawing, Adobe software, and CAD- Spec approved designs for overseas production- Communicate with Merchandising and Production teams to ensure company goals are being met- Work with model makers to produce physical samples for OS vendors

-Work with Creative Director to create new designs-Create 3D models in Rhino-Run 3D printer-Assist in supervising technical designs, models and 3D work of Assistant Designers -Assist in orchestrating the production of initial samples-Metal fabrication

- Prepare and identify problematic CAD files for 3D printing - Operate Dimension 3D printer and advise faculty and students on requirements to use the machine- Operate and maintain LaserPro cutter - Operate CNC router on two-dimensional and pocket cutting

A clinical psychology longitudinal study with a focus on child neglect, exposure to domestic violence, and parental depression and outcomes on children. Some things I did for this job:-In home interviews & contextual inquiry while recruiting research subjects-Administered standardized measures to adults and children aged 4-10-Conducted WASI, WAIS, and WRAT assessments-Performed open-ended interviews-Conducted video taped interactions within families and also children-only play settings-Trained and assessed new members of the team-Assisted in management of subject pool of (300+ families)-Collaborated with sister laboratory to insure data collection was standardized between sites
