In 2019 I began working for a small woman-owned business, in the heart of Ashland, Virginia that was anything but small and easy. The catering business is a prestigious and fast-paced work environment that requires quick problem-solving skills. This kind of environment has led me to flourish and fall in love with high-pressure situations and fast-paced environments. Having been devoted to this company has taught me the importance of loyalty and drew me to begin my journey as a business student at the College of Business and Economics at Longwood University.Given my enthusiasm and high energy level, I am a person who thrives on working with others, ensuring peers are up to speed on relevant training, and exhibiting optimism. My two biggest achievements include completing my Bachelor of Science degree and being trusted as one of the youngest leaders on my catering team. I am interested in impacting an organization through my extraordinary communication, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills. These skills will allow me to contribute to making a positive and efficient work environment.
