• Provide medication management for patients with psychiatric disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, and schizophrenia in an outpatient clinic, both in person and via telemedicine • Provide empathy and supportive psychotherapy to all patients during their sessions • Refer patients for psychotherapy, inpatient hospitalization, or to the partial hospital program when necessary• Refer patients for transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for treatment resistant depression, Spravato (intranasal ketamine) for treatment resistant depression, and TOVA testing for ADHD, all of which are offered in the office; Oversee Spravato treatments at the office in accordance with REMS protocol • As the most senior PA in the practice, train all of the newer PAs to ensure they have the most accurate and up to date knowledge about psychiatric diagnoses, medications, and maintain our exemplary standard of care in our practice
