I completed the following tasks/projects during my internship under the production and quality departments:- drafted tools using CAD software- used FEA skills to adjust tool design- adjusted new assembly line to make operator tasks more ergonomic- performed time studies on multiple manufacturing lines- created 5S visual aids to insure that manufacturing lines remain clean and organized- disassembled and reassembled transmission pallets- helped organize stock cage and take inventory- performed quality control checks on the torque converter line- created capability charts for quality control- designed gauges for machined holes on Chrysler and Nissan cases
