As Chair of the Data & Evaluation sub-committee, I manage the identification and collection of data from community programs to the Office of College Success (OCS). I facilitate the sharing of OCS tools and resources from the City’s only public high school and the OCS to out-of-school time programs represented in RAY.I liaise with the Chamber of Commerce and the Cambridge Innovation Center as well as other local businesses promoting youth employment and other connecting activities for young people and businesses. As data and evaluation director for the Office of Workforce Development, I implemented an evaluation process for an initiative developing 21st Century Skills in 1000 young people in the Mayor’s Summer Youth Employment Program. I created and implemented a process for evaluating program quality and outcomes for young people at 130+ work sites each summer. I co-designed the transitional jobs program, Cambridge Works, an innovative program targeting young adults with barriers to employment, including CORI and limited soft skills.
