-Oversaw the Audience Engagement Department that included: full-time staff: Communications Manager, Audience Services Manger, Box Office Manager, Facilities Manager; and part-time staff: Assistant Box Office Manager, Box Office staff, House/Bar Managers, Concession Sales Associates, Subscription Sales Associates, Volunteer Ushers-Developed and managed the annual marketing plan and budget-Was responsible for ticket and subscription sales totaling $2,615,000-Promoted all Arkansas Repertory Theatre activities (six-seven shows per year, as well as activities in the Young Artist Program, development events, additional programming and other institutional efforts)-Placed and ensured diverse coverage in print, broadcast and online media that includes feature stories, reviews and live appearances-Created and implemented ongoing PR strategies-Promoted ticket purchases to all MainStage productions-Created and managed design and production of all promotional ads, billboards, radio spots, television spots, emails, etc. for each production-Promoted the purchase and renewal of Season Subscriptions-Managed social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Flickr, YouTube and email marketing-Served as the staff liaison for the theatre's young professional group, The 601 Club-Received the Arkansas Nonprofit Alliance Mission Marketing Award in the Social Media Category (September 2015)
