I am a junior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and I am working toward a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Analytics and a collateral in Supply Chain Management. Additionally, I will be completing a minor in Entrepreneurship. I have always been a high achiever and striving for success is one of my strengths, which is shown through my 3.95 GPA. In my work at Benton Shooters Supply – a local small business, I work directly with the public and because of my relationship building skills, I truly connect with customers. Through my two internships, I have worked with various software platforms and became very familiar with real-world data management. As I am fascinated with data as well as technology, a career in Business Analytics was a no brainer for me. My courses here at the University have even further solidified my passion for data management, and I hope to work for a company post-grad – whether it be large, small, remote, or in-person – that allows me to truly showcase that. From a young age, I have always seen the creative side of numbers, which is exactly what I hope to do in my future career. With that being said, I am not 100% sure what my end-goals are in the business world, but I find comfort in knowing there are so many different opportunities ahead of me. In my work, I hope to showcase how compassionate, dependable, and disciplined I am in everything that I do. My overall goal in the business world is to have a positive impact on others, and by doing that, I know I will have succeeded.
