• Reports all building aspects to the Property Manager or his/her designate• Assists the Property Manager in all aspects of the building• Assists in preparation of presentation and documents needed for the meeting• Coordinates and facilitates Monthly Board Meeting and Annual Member's meeting• Prepares circular/ memo regarding any upcoming events or maintenance program of the building• Conducts tenant calls if PM engaged in important matter• Assists in monitoring of income and expenses of the building to ensure that they are within budget• Sends circular to all unit owners and tenants via email• Updates database/ master list of owners, residents and tenants and coordinates with the Concierge or Billing group of any contact details that they may have• Prepares Request for Check Preparation (RCP) to pay all contractors and suppliers on time• Makes ID of house helps, drivers, body guards and other staff• Tracks the RCP on status and route it to signatories• Orders office and maintenance supplies and others thru Purchase requisition Assists residents’ requests, concerns and complaints and relay to the right person• Assist, residents in their application of: Car Sticker, Work permits, Delivery and pull-out permits• Files all admin files• All other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
