Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with contract administration within a department. Responsibilities include negotiating, writing, monitoring, and evaluating contracts including ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations as well as county policies.

Attended various meetings with other leaders to establish timelines for ourprojects, discuss issues and potential setbacks that arise to ensure that theprojects would meet key deadlines. Worked in a team of five others to brief leadersabout the current status of the various projects so everyone was informed ofcurrent progress and what needed to be done. Oversaw the construction of variousprojects: hospital, golf course, gas station, and other buildings to make sure thepublic had the resources they needed for their daily functions and livelihood, thisincluded attending meetings between the contractors involved (U.S. and Korean),supervising the work being done, and visiting project sites in person. Edited andrevised memorandums, emails, PowerPoints, etc… to ensure no errors withformatting, grammar, and syntax to ensure that the best and most conciseinformation was being sent out individually and collaboratively for the team.
