Control refinery process units while utilizing standard operating procedures and safe work practices while maintaining quality and maximum output to optimize refinery operating profit. • Qualified operator in hydrogen plants, both gasoline hydrotreater and diesel hydrotreater as well as a benzene fractionation unit (BFU). • Participated in unit wide maintenance turn-around; issuing permits, performing lock out tag out (LOTO).• Demonstrated ability to properly staff unit refinery maintenance personnel to minimize unit downtime. • Demonstrated understanding of risk tolerance, operational excellence, and efficient measurement of outcomes as unit lead operator on several maintenance projects.
