Property Manager & Director Of Experience
Current-Manage the day-to-day operations of the art studio property, including all maintenance, repairs, and community engagement affairs-Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining up to date communications with members regarding property happenings-Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units,conducting property showings, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements-Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and develop and execute operational strategies by reestablishing standard operating procedures and key performance indicators-Create and curate engaging content that resonates with community members and promotes brand values on all of the company’s social media pages. -Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors-Organize and facilitate both member exclusive and public community events, webinars, and meetups to encourage member and community interaction and networking-Manage all aspects of event logistics, including marketing, venue selection, catering, entertainment, and set up.
