As a Provider Recruiter, I am responsible for strategically recruiting medical professionals, primarily physicians, to meet the needs and objectives of QTC. My role involved identifying and engaging qualified healthcare providers, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring the execution of provider agreements within established guidelines.I conducted a rigorous qualification and vetting process for medical providers nationwide, utilizing proactive communication via phone and email. Additionally, I played a key role in educating potential providers about the advantages of joining QTC and the meaningful nature of the work.Furthermore, I established and nurtured relationships with both prospective candidates and contracted providers, and I was involved in various other projects and assigned duties. My role required proficiency in intermediate sales, negotiation, customer service, and training skills.
