In April 2018, I took part in an incredible adventure, shooting photos and videos of the Food Innovation Global Mission (FIGM18).FIGM18 was a 60-days research trip covering 13 countries, where I followed 16 international researchers investigating the Future of Proteins, the Future of Food Service, Agro-Innovation in Smart Cities and Scalable Sustainability and Circular Systems.I personally covered the cities of Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, Valencia, Toronto, San Francisco, Tokyo, Shanghai and Bangkok, where I shot the research interviews of experts, entrepreneurs, innovators and academics of the food&sustainability sectors. Some of my pictures were published in the FFI & FAO Food Shapers book series.
