As an Account Executive for Employee Benefits, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of account management, marketing and plan renewals, client inquiries, communication strategies, compliance and coordination of enrollment procedures. I identify, mobilize, and deliver into the relationship solutions, resources, and ideas from across the firm. I act as an advocate and resource for my clients. Targeting their budgetary needs and company goals, I analyze employee benefit options to help them strategically design plans that not only keep them in compliance, but also care for their most important asset - their employees. I handle all aspects of our client's policy renewals, facilitate the open enrollment process and provide ongoing benefit management for our clients. I work with our team to produce branded, customer-focused marketing materials for ongoing client care, policy renewal, and new business. My goal is to protect the relationship between the client and the carrier by understanding the needs of my client and finding creative solutions to address their exposures through insurance and alternative risk management techniques.
