My international career counts 25 years in management roles in both public and no-profit sectors. The remit of my work is at the crossroad between Education, Research, Innovation and Evaluation. I am a hands-on practitioner with a strategic view. I enjoy working with policy design, development and evaluation. Through my experiences I've gained excellent communication skills for institutional, technical, and wide dissemination purposes, with practice in journalism and experience in multicultural and multilingual environments. I have an extensive experience as Evaluation Expert working for the European Commission, Italian and foreign institutions (such as ministries and regional councils) and European Programs’ Managing Authorities. I contribute to policies, programs and projects evaluation processes in the fields of RESEARCH, INNOVATION, LEARNING, SKILLS, and CULTURE. Currently I am focussing on a doctoral research at the University of Lancaster, Centre for Higher Education Research and Evaluation.Collaborations- RING OdR - part of the structure as Coordinator of the editorial project for the publication into Italian of the two OECD Manuals - Frascati Manual 2015 and Oslo Manual 2018 - published for the first time in Italy with OECD license in 2021- Associazione Italiana Neuromarketing - AINEM and coordinate the department "INSIGHTs". Research interests: research evaluation, (digital) humanities, skills development, changing paradigm of work dynamics, behavioral dynamics, Additional interests: nudging, (open)science, tech, global trends, and emerging tech & sciences.
