I was part of a team that helped implement a new administration system as part of a Business Term in Universidad Tecmilenio.The system was developed for a small business owner (legal office) and was meant to centralize data and help with daily processes (implement database for employees and customers, optimize searches, scheduling, upload documentation, among others.)I was in charge of gathering the requirements by analyzing the business practices and processes. Additionally, I developed a quality plan and a risk management plan to avoid issues during the different phases of the project.To build the system we utilized Java for the interface and functions, and SQL for the implementation of the database. We followed PMBOK for quality, costs, resources, and risk management.The project was part of a Business Term during the last year of my bachelor's degree program.

-Taught classes for kids in elementary school (4th, 5th & 6th grade).-Taught classes for adult students.-Developed and implemented classroom materials and activities.-Communication with kids' parents about goals and achievements. -Use of online tools: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Whiteboard and Zoom.

-Project for Schneider electric to migrate users from NA and LATAM region from from Lotus Notes to Office 365. Project lasted about 6 months in which we deployed o365 and assigned the necessary permissions to different groups.After that I took a Help Desk position, in which I performed the following tasks:-Active directory: Added and removed users, changed permissions, group management.-System backups.-Oversaw Office 365 installation though remote control for users that had issues with installer. Installed upgrades and/or change permissions if needed.-Migration of contacts, calendars, files and email archive from Lotus Notes to Office 365.-Technical Troubleshooting.

-Provided tech support/customer service to Netflix customers from America and Europe regions through email and chat. -Troubleshoot different streaming devices on a daily basis (phones, computers, smart tv videogame consoles, etc.)-Resolved Tier 1 service tickets.-Ticket creation of Tier 2+.

-Provided tech support to US based customers.-Troubleshooting for wireless devices such as cellphones, tablets, wireless hotspots.-Creation of service tickets.
