I'm an aspiring Human Services student. I am passionate about helping and advocating for people with disabilities and community services. I chose to study Human Services to have a more profound knowledge of the industry and discover how to contribute as effectively as possible.My education in human services has taught me that people with disabilities deserve equal opportunities and respect. Therefore, as human services, I aim to promote community action for families and needy individuals.I'm motivated to take on new challenges, meet with new people, and learn more to improve my skills.I have supervisory experience for almost eight years in facilities services: •Provide a vital Health and Safety Program that meets or exceeds standards of Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Acts, Regulations, and Codes•Maintain a healthy and safe work environment and strive to eliminate foreseeable health or safety hazards. •Conduct safety meetings, safety inspections, and hazard assessments.•Immediately take action to correct unsafe/unhealthy conditions. •Investigate and document all incidents.•Ensure all policies and procedures legislation to protect the health and safety of employees.
