Recruited marketing managers and physician recruiters for Merritt Hawkins, the permanent physician staffing firm of The MHA Group. Initiated contact, interviewed, and managed the hiring process for regional offices located in Dallas, Texas; Irvine, California; and Atlanta, Georgia.

Developed and cultivated client relationships that established trust in our ability to best serve our clients' staffing needs. I took great care in interviewing and placing only the best possible candidates for temporary and permanent positions at our client locations. I was able to grow account revenue with inside and outside sales management techniques. I also handled a wide variety of operational responsibilities, plus special projects such as developing a new database that increased efficiency for one of our largest clients.
