Currently I work at Resideo as a Quality and Training Specialist. I create and update knowledge articles, and evaluate agents on a weekly basis. I am also in charge of training new hires, and following up on managers requests to ensure the proper processes are followed.I was the Senior Lead of the Credit Investigations department at Nissan Motor Acceptance Company LLC. I was in charge of quality monitoring and I developed projects such as the score card of the department and a program to make the process of the interviews more efficient.I worked as an English teacher for the UPA, I was in charge of three levels (my groups included three groups of staff members of the university and four groups of students).I performed as a TA for the Anthropology program at MnSU-Mankato, I performed as the recitation instructor, I evaluated students and provided feedback during office hours.
