Built transnational alliances between corporate, public, and governmental agencies in the United States and Mexico to address issues impacting women and LGBTQ+ communities. Designed cultural and regionally relevant Spanish and English educational presentations to create inclusive and safe work environments for LGBTQ+ staff, work force development guide for Transgender individuals, and corporate guides to policies that affirm gender transition at work.

Partnered with immigrant rights and Transgender and Queer stakeholders across California looking to TransForm social justice movement practices within coalitions, operations and relationships. Led community & coalition building, public policy, campaign advocacy and research justice projects.Executed research justice initiatives developed and executed by directly impacted communities, to help regions identify social and systemic issues to prioritize. Facilitated Community and Coalition sustainability through clear visions and strategy. Develop the leadership of impacted communities, who sustain and advocate for policy change.

Launched first culturally relevant and language accessible all Spanish pedestrian and bicycle safety program. Worked throughout California cultivate and connect diverse partnerships to promote mobility justice. Provided trainings and technical assistance to cities throughout California. Supported DE&I efforts and policies within the organization. Created creative content to bring awareness of local issues in English and Spanish.

Launched Santa Ana Building Healthy Communities' first Leadership Institute and trained new local leaders to engage in advocacy. Drove volunteer activation into local initiatives and cultivated strategic partnerships.

Policy advocacy and leadership training fellowship that trained in organizing, lobbying, budget analysis and policy communications.The Health Justice Team served as a co-sponsor of Assembly Bill 2299 (Chu, 2018), which would have improved the accessibility of translated materials for Medi-Cal managed care plans by developing a community review process for threshold languages.
