Current• Reviewed contract drawings, specifications, and calculations regarding the Site Servicing, Site Grading, and Soil Conditions. • Checked on-site installation process and worked proactively on changing mainline alignment and grades suiting the site conditions.• Solved all technical issues during mainline installation, referring to utility conflicts, dewatering, and shoring system safety.• Prepared contract paperwork including concise and accurate information as per item quantities completed on-site fulfilling contract, OPSS, and City of Toronto Drawings and Specifications.• Reviewed the contract regarding the calculation of pipes and the necessary numbers of storm and sanitary structures.• Prepared the payment certificates. Guided the contractor to work in a more efficient way and made the necessary adjustments in advance to the design of the project.• Solved technical problems as per inverted elevations of the storm and sanitary MH’s in conflict with underground utilities.• Offered solutions on draining ponding area referring to the proper location of the catch basin in accordance with road profile and storm-water flow.• Assured that the concrete tests, granular and asphalt analysis tested by accredited laboratories followed checked contract and City specifications.• Proposed to the Contractor to start the installation of the dewatering system, including retaining tank, and pumps, at different private projects ahead the time, in the way that mainline installation could progress continuously within the schedule.• Reviewed working progress on a weekly basis and proactively worked with Contractor, and team members to solve all technical issues ahead of time in the way of completing mainline installation as per construction schedule.• Requested the Contractor to complete necessary tests ahead of time, and in case of any conflict with sewer mainlines and structures, it could be adjusted ahead of mainline installation minimizing future claims.
