(1) Supervise all the BSS and Transmission Implementation works for Ranks Tel at Sylhet zone. (2) Operation and Maintenance work done with my supervision in all BTS sites at Sylhet Zone. (3) Day to day operation and maintenance of BSS and Transmission (SDH, Optical fiber, Radio link) Network. (4) For any fault of BTS site send team and take initiative to problem identification & recover then prepare detail report and send to line Manager.(5) Dedicated for regular O&M and Checked of power related equipment as like as Rectifier, Rectifier Module, A/C, Batteries, AVR and UPS etc. at Sylhet Zone.(6) Routine basis Preventive Maintenance work done in all BTS sites, prepared report, problem identification then solution. (7) Sylhet Zone BTS all fiber vertical work, MUX installation supervision & core receive from vendor, and O&M work etc.(8) Supervising the regular Portable generator back up & regular maintenance and servicing of the Air conditioners in BTS sites.(9) Regular Monitoring & Checking E1 lease line obtains from Bangla phone & Fiber@Home ltd. (10) Supervising Report making and preparing all the working schedules and planning to keeps the Engineering office running smoothly.(11) Petty Cash maintain and keeping track of all expenditure of Sylhet Engineering team. (12) Maintain a Database of all Logistics Support, Inventory & Spare Parts, and Tools Mobilization & Other activities.(13) A member of inventory committee as a representative of Sylhet Engineering team I assist to BTS site survey as required.
