Al was Senior Vice President of Product Management at Ingram Micro - the world’s largest distributor of technology products and services. Al worked at Ingram for 12 years and was responsible for all activities relating to Ingram Micro’s 1,500 vendors and 225,000 SKU’s. Al founded AEM Consulting where he provided clients outsourced distribution services and expertise in purchasing strategy, inventory management, and supplier relationships. Recruited by Pacific Rim Capital to be their Vice President for their technology products and services, Al drove profit growth and enhanced supplier relationships. Al has almost forty years of operating and management experience in the computer products distribution and reselling channel. He has a demonstrated track record of successfully growing gross margins, developing and motivating people, minimizing costs, increasing efficiency and productivity and improving cash management.
