Sr. Sqa Manager
Current• Lead and take the ownership of multiple SQA projects • Responsible for all aspects of quality measure and control throughout the software development cycle• Make estimation for testing scope of assigned projects and support division head for estimation of testing scope of any projects• Maintain communication with different stake holders and ensure QA schedule & deliveries of assigned projects• Define test strategy, prepare test plan for assigned project(s)• Prepare test design, execution guidelines, review guidelines and checklist• Prepare testcases for multiple projects as per assignment• Write and guide the team to understand the requirement and write testcases• Review test plan, testcase, test matrix of your team(s)• Prepare quality report and take decision whether to release or not• Measure and control all the quality metrices defined during project planning• Provide technical support to the testing team(s)• Monitor and mentor testing team members• Prepare training plan, training contents & execute training plans for the team and support to conduct organizational trainings.• Participate in training as required by organization• Set goal and KPI of sub-coordinators for performance evaluation based on company evaluation process & rule• Support division head and work to ensure QA processes are followed as defined in organization• Performance evaluation of SQA manager and SQA leader under the team• Participate in defined meeting as per company policy• Daily and weekly status reporting
